COVID 19 Funding update

With the Covid-19 pandemic causing almost hourly changes for businesses and public services, we wanted to share what support we can offer to companies here in Blaenau Gwent. We have set up a page on the Business Hub dedicated to COVID 19. This page will be updated as and when we receive any further information.

To assist us in gathering intelligence on the impact for all businesses in Blaenau Gwent, please complete the COVID-19 questionnaire using the link on the page. The data gathered will be used to fully inform Welsh Government of impact and required COVID-19 support.
The Support page also includes a link to find out if your business is eligible for grant support via the business rates team – click on the ‘Grant Support Eligibility’ link. If your business is eligible for grant support, the Council will make direct payments to businesses currently paying by direct debit. If not, there will be an online form for businesses to supply their bank details. The form will be uploaded to the Blaenau Gwent Business Hub as soon as it is available.
