The purpose of this webinar is to support all innovative growth start up clients (Product and Service) to navigate the journey from ideation to commercialisation. The webinar will discuss all aspects of innovation and the process of becoming investment ready. Attendees will receive several resources to enable their journey, to include a Business Wales Growth and Innovation business template and financial planning forecast. In addition, attendees will receive ongoing support and guidance to access an ecosystem of innovation support.

- How to recognise the different types of innovation
- How to consider the environment and culture of innovation
- We will discuss creating a Minimal Viable Product (MVP), market testing and feedback

- Will learn how to create a Business Strategy that can take you from Idea Creation to Execution (resources supplied)
