On 28th January 2026, Claire Vokes, Senior Investment Executive of the Micro Loans Team at The Development Bank of Wales will be based at Tabor Centre Brynmawr to provide information to you about potential finance to start up, strengthen and grow your business.

The Development Bank of Wales' flexible business loans can support the full business lifecycle from start-ups and growing businesses, to succession transactions including employee buy-outs.

 Melanie Phipps, business advisor for Business Wales will also be in attendance offering the opportunity for a sit down with a dedicated business advisor who will be able to provide information and support to local businesses. 

 Finally, Callum Lewis, Enterprise Facilitator for Blaenau Gwent Council will be in attendance to talk about different support options that Blaenau Gwents Business and Innovation team can offer to local businesses and to promote the Blaenau Gwent Business Hub Website.
