You will gain an understanding on how you can upskill your existing employees and develop a multi-skilled workforce.
We will share with you what you need to do to take the next steps to employ apprentice, along with an an overview of what to expect and why choosing an apprentice is the right next step for your business.
The workshop is aimed at SMEs who are thinking about or looking to take on an apprentice and need more information to support their decision.
