🎉 Shwmae Day – 15th October 🎉
Are you or your organisation doing something to celebrate?
We’d love to hear from you! Whether you're planning an event, sharing a message, or simply greeting everyone with a cheerful “Shwmae!”, let us know so we can help spread the word and showcase how Blaenau Gwent is embracing the Welsh language and culture.
Last year, the Council distributed resource packs to local businesses to help them mark the day. If you received one, now’s the perfect time to dust off your bunting and signage and get them up again!
Let’s fill Blaenau Gwent with the spirit of Shwmae Su’mae Day – and don’t forget to greet everyone with a big “Shwmae!” on the 15th of October!
