As part of the Blaenau Gwent Trailblazer programme, Inexclusion CIC will be delivering a series of bite size, interactive 90 minute webinars designed specifically for employers, managers and HR professionals.
These fully funded sessions will provide practical knowledge, confidence and tools to:
• Better understand disability in the workplace
• Support employees more effectively
• Create inclusive, supportive and productive working environments
