Wisdom Wednesday is a weekly advice session at Goldworks, where an expert in a select field, bases themselves in the coworking space for the day; with the caveat that you: our members and local businesses, are able to book advice sessions with them throughout the day.
As part of the Blaenau Gwent Trailblazer programme, Nicola from Inexclusion CIC will be offering practical, one-to-one advice for employers and managers who want to create more inclusive workplaces.
Businesses can get support on topics including disability awareness, neurodiversity, mental health and wellbeing, reasonable adjustments, inclusive recruitment, unconscious bias, Deaf awareness, and employer responsibilities under disability legislation.
These informal sessions are supportive, jargon-free and tailored to your needs - whether you have a specific question or simply want to improve your approach to inclusion.
This event is exclusively for Blaenau Gwent businesses and/or CURRENT Goldworks members.
Disclaimer: By attending this advice session, participants acknowledge that any advice given is for informational purposes only. All attendees are responsible for evaluating and acting upon the advice at their own discretion and volition. The event organizers, hosts and speakers are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of the advice provided.
