Wisdom Wednesday is a weekly advice session at Goldworks, where an expert in a select field, bases themselves in the coworking space for the day; with the caveat that you: our members and local businesses, are able to book advice sessions with them throughout the day.

This session is hosted by Alyson Tippings, Destination Management Officer for Blaenau Gwent, who will be providing guidance for anyone looking to start, or grow a tourism or hospitality business in the area.

Alyson works closely with start-ups and established businesses alike, supporting enterprises that serve visitors to Blaenau Gwent: from accommodation providers and attractions; to cafés, pubs, and activity operators. With visitors now arriving from across the UK and around the world, she helps businesses navigate opportunities, access support, and work collaboratively to create great visitor experiences.
