The Retail, Service, Hospitality & Tourism Growth Grant is funded through the Local Growth Fund (LGF) and administered by Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council as part of a wider suite of Economic Stimulus Funds.
The Scheme provides targeted capital investment to support businesses operating within the foundational economy and visitor economy, helping businesses improve productivity, competitiveness, sustainability and long-term resilience.
Who Can Apply:
Eligible Applicants Must:
- Be based within Blaenau Gwent
- Be actively trading
- Operate on a full-time basis
- Demonstrate financial viability
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver the proposed project

Businesses which are associated with illegal activity or the promotion of particular religious or political views, gambling, any content of a sexual nature, any illegal activities, and other business deemed to be contentious by Welsh Government are not eligible for support.
